Trinity Integrated Medical — Workshop Website
Effective date: October 7, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of workshop.trinityintegratedmedical.com, our online workshops and replays, our surveys and call-booking pages, and the emails and texts we send about them (together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Trinity Integrated Medical ("Trinity," "we," "us," or "our").
By registering for a workshop, booking a call, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Our workshops, replays, web pages, emails, and texts are for general education only. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for an exam, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified health care provider.
If you become a patient, your care is governed by the consent forms and policies you sign at the clinic, not by these Terms.
Every person and every knee is different. Individual results vary, and we make no promises or guarantees about any outcome, including pain relief, improved function, or avoiding surgery. Not everyone is a good candidate for regenerative care. If an evaluation shows that a treatment isn't a good fit for you, we'll tell you.
Regenerative care at Trinity is paid out of pocket and is not covered by insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit (subject to approval).
Any price range mentioned in a workshop or on our pages is a general estimate. Your actual cost depends on your situation and will be explained to you after your in-person evaluation, before you decide on any treatment. Financing is provided by those third-party companies under their own terms, not by Trinity.
Reviews and testimonials shown on our pages or in our workshops are from real people and describe their individual experiences. They are not typical or guaranteed results, and your experience may be different.
From time to time, we may mention a special offer during a workshop or in follow-up messages. Any offer mentioned in a workshop is subject to the terms stated in that workshop or in the follow-up message describing it, including who qualifies, what it applies to, and the deadline.
For example, an offer may be limited to workshop attendees who schedule an evaluation by a stated date and who are found to be good candidates for treatment after that evaluation.
Unless we say otherwise in writing:
We may change or end an offer for the future at any time, but we'll honor an offer for anyone who has already met its terms before the change.
When using the Services, please don't:
We may remove anyone from a live workshop, or end access to the Services, if we believe these Terms have been broken.
The workshops, replays, slides, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other content in the Services belong to Trinity or the people who license them to us, and they are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
The Services may link to or rely on services run by others, such as Zoom, calendar apps, review sites, and financing companies. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep our information accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that the Services will always be available, error-free, complete, or current.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trinity and its owners, providers, staff, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services (including our workshops, replays, pages, emails, and texts). Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed $100.
Some states don't allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. This section applies to the free educational Services only. It does not apply to any clinical care you may receive as a patient, which is governed by your agreements with the clinic and by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas that serve the area where our clinic is located, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce part of these Terms right away, that doesn't mean we've waived it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and Trinity about the Services.
