Good to know before you register: the workshop is free. Regenerative orthopedics is paid out of pocket and isn't covered by insurance. We'll explain the costs plainly during the workshop.
So we can send your Zoom link and a reminder. We never sell your number.
This isn't about being tough. Most of what people are offered for a stubborn knee is designed to calm the pain down, which is useful, but it doesn't change what's happening inside the joint.
Patients tell me it starts small. Taking the stairs one at a time, hand on the rail. Checking how far the walk is from the parking lot before agreeing to anything. Skipping the trip, the round of golf, the afternoon on the floor with the grandkids.
Then come the pills, the therapy, the shots. The first round may have helped for months. The next helped for weeks. And at some point somebody looked at an X-ray and said the options were to keep managing it or to replace it.
Nobody was rude, and nobody made an obvious mistake. You were given two choices, and it was reasonable to assume those were the only two. This workshop is about the full picture, so whatever you decide, you decide it knowing every option.
If you're skeptical, good. Keep that. Most people who come to the workshop have already spent years on the first path, and some have a date on the calendar for the second.
Path 1
Pain medication, cortisone, gel (HA) shots, physical therapy and home exercise can reduce pain and calm inflammation, and for many people they're the right place to start. They're generally designed to manage symptoms rather than change the condition of the joint, and many people notice the relief gets shorter with each round. Therapy and strengthening stay valuable on any path.
Path 2
For some knees it's the right call, and Dr. Uselton will tell you plainly if he thinks yours may be one of them. It's also major surgery, with a recovery measured in months and a change that can't be undone. It deserves a clear-eyed decision, not a default one.
Path 3
A non-surgical option that aims to support the body's own repair processes in and around the joint, alongside guidance on movement and strength. It isn't right for every knee, it won't give anyone a brand-new knee, and results vary from person to person. Whether it may fit your knee depends on an evaluation of your condition and imaging, not a symptom checklist. If it's not a fit, Dr. Uselton will tell you.
What may be going on inside a chronically painful knee, in plain English.
What that pattern may mean, and why it's rarely explained.
Shots and therapy, knee replacement, and regenerative orthopedics. What each can and can't do.
What it is, what the risks are, and what it won't do.
Why an exam and an imaging review answer that question, not a list of symptoms.
So nobody finds out on a phone call afterwards. Plus live Q&A.

Dr. Tim Uselton, DC, Trinity Integrated Medical, Carrollton
I've been providing regenerative therapies here in Carrollton since 2015, and in that time our clinic has performed thousands of procedures. I'm a doctor of chiropractic, and I'm Board Certified in Responsible Pain Management through the American College of Physical Medicine.
Most people who come to see me aren't looking for a miracle. They're tired. They've done the pills, the therapy and the shots, and they've been handed two choices: keep managing it, or replace it.
My job is to give you a straight explanation of what's going on, what each option realistically offers (including the ones I don't provide), and whether my program is even worth considering for your knee. Sometimes the honest answer is no, and I'll say so. I'd much rather do that than sell someone something that isn't a fit.
"I'd rather tell you honestly that this isn't right for you than sell you something that won't help."

No. It's a teaching session of less than one hour, with live Q&A. Dr. Uselton explains how each option works, who regenerative orthopedics may fit and who it doesn't. At the end he explains how to request an evaluation if you want one. There's no obligation, and no one will pressure you.
The workshop is free. If you later decide on care at Trinity, it's paid out of pocket, and Dr. Uselton states what it costs plainly during the workshop so nothing is a surprise. HSA and FSA cards accepted. Financing available through Cherry and CareCredit (subject to approval).
Regenerative orthopedics generally isn't covered by insurance. Insurance generally pays for knee replacement but not for many of the approaches that come before it. We'd rather you know that now than find out later.
Yes. Everyone who registers gets the replay by text and email after the workshop, whether or not you make it live. Watching live is still the only way to ask your questions in the Q&A.
No camera or microphone needed. No one will see or hear you. Type questions in the chat if you like. Your personal join link arrives by text and email right after you register. Tap it at 6:20 PM CT on October 20. A computer or tablet makes the slides easiest to see, and a phone works too. Stuck? Call or text our tech help line at 469-556-1663.
Please do. If you're on the same screen, you only need to register once.
An optional short call with Dr. Uselton before or after the workshop, about your knee specifically. It isn't a diagnosis. It's a conversation about whether it's worth coming in for an evaluation. Free, no obligation. You'll see the booking calendar after you register.
You'll get the replay and a short follow-up from us. If you'd like to take the next step, that's an in-person evaluation at our Carrollton office, where we review your condition and your imaging (bring any X-ray or MRI reports). If you're not a good candidate, we'll tell you. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply STOP to any text or unsubscribe from any email.
Live on Zoom, Tuesday, October 20 at 6:30 PM CT, with Dr. Tim Uselton. It's free, it's online, and it's an honest hour rather than a pitch. If you've been told a replacement is the only thing left and you're not ready to accept that without understanding what else exists, save your seat below.
